Sun, rain in life were formed back in 1995 under the name "Teenage angst". They released a single album called "When your life meets you" under the legendary Greek independent label Hitch-Hyke. The band was heavily inspired by the books of Ioannis G. Tsatsaris and took a deep dive in a constant study of their/the unconscious human nature. In 2003 they contacted the writer, with whom they shared a close friendship and asked him to name them anew and to also give them a title for the project that would later host a series of LPs and EPs, displaying their 30 years of findings. He named them "Sun, rain in life" and titled the project "The road of life is ahead".

In 2003 the band bought a Liqueur store (wholesale) in order to sustain themselves and their families and to also be able to self fund their project as they go. Until 2011 and while the study continued, the band changed two members. In 2015 they managed to self release their debut album as Sun, rain in life called "96/4" and in Octomber of 2024 they are to self release their second album called "King of the Bums".

"My friends, Sun, rain in life are simply four human beings, trying their best to understand what life is and what we were meant to be inside this concept of Creation. Our passion lays not in becoming a great band but rather in managing to deliver you in a beautiful and melodic way, what we have discovered in our 30 years of studying our unconscious nature. Our resources might be limited, but we always try our best to deliver you a decent product. Truth be told, we have "bled" and still "bleed profusely" from this study/commitment to deliver you our discoveries, some of us less and some of us more but we never forget that it was a conscious choice to devote our very lives in this mission, for our children and mankind. May what we have uncovered bring hope in this world".
